Does the company quality inspect every installation?

Are all the pipes over 15mm (half an inch) or above in diameter?
Really small pipes might be less expensive, but they can cause problems. danros use nothing less than large diameter pipes.

Are all the pipes copper?
There are other, less expensive, materials available. However, copper is extremely reliable – so we don’t use anything else.

Will the pipes burst in winter?
Ours certainly shouldn’t – our solums, basement and attic pipes are fully insulated.

Is there a 24 hour emergency service?
We offer this free of charge for the first year – after that there’s a small monthly charge. For ultimate peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive Heating Care plan.

Does your installer have insurance?
danros is covered for £5m public liability and £10m employers’ liability.

Does your installer charge extra to keep you safe?
If there’s an electrical problem in your home, your boiler will be safe. That’s because we always upgrade the electrical safety cross bonding at the boiler.

Will you be left with a mess?
We remove your old system, and clean up after ourselves.

Cash on delivery?
With danros you can spread your payments. As with all credit, it’s subject to status, and written details are available on request. And of course, we don’t ask for full payment until the job is complete.

Will my carpets survive the trauma?
danros employs a professional carpet fitter to lift and relay your carpets.
